Hinge clamp lever

This is the bolt part of the hinge clamp assembly, which is used on both the main frame assembly and the handlebar stem

When done up it stops the handlebar stem / main frame from folding.

The handle/grip part of the clamp lever is black and the threaded part is sliver.

This is the lever only, the actual hinge clamp plate is sold separately.
